These terms cover use of the FutureSearch.ie public search surface and public informational pages.

Search results

Search results are provided for information and discovery. FutureSearch.ie does not guarantee that results are complete, current, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose. Third-party pages remain the responsibility of their publishers.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse FutureSearch.ie, attempt to bypass access controls, overload the service, scrape at abusive rates, probe private API routes, or use the service in a way that is unlawful or harmful.

Businesses and site owners

Business listings, snippets, and crawler-derived metadata may be updated, corrected, removed, or re-ranked as public sources change. A paid or sponsored feature, if enabled, must be disclosed separately and must not be treated as a guarantee of ranking or traffic.

Private features

Authenticated API, SEO analysis, client-index, submission queue, prelaunch testing, and agency tools are not part of the unauthenticated public search terms unless a separate agreement applies.
